Our Team

We listen to owners, go gently with nervous animals, and treat every pet like family.

Ji Seuk Park, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Park studied Animal Science at Fresno State University and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.

He then practiced in central California, where there were few veterinary specialists nearby. That is where he got extensive experience and training in urgent care, emergency medicine, advanced soft tissue surgery, and orthopedic surgery.

At Blessed Companion, that means he can do complex surgery like TPLO in a general practice. Pet owners in Corona get timely surgery close to home, with fewer referrals and less travel.

Cailey Pankey

Veterinary Technician

Cailey has wanted to work with animals since elementary school. She spent a year at a specialty clinic that sees only cats, and it left her with a soft spot for them.

Her favorite part of the job is speaking up for patients who can't tell us what's wrong, and helping them feel safe. At home she has three big dogs and a cat.

She is smiling softly, wearing a black shirt with colorful heart patterns and black pants, and has a smartwatch on her left wrist. There are green plants on either side of her and a colorful abstract painting of cats hanging on the wall behind her.

Kassandra Rodriguez

Veterinary Technician

Kassandra has loved caring for animals since she was 18. She is studying to become a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and expects to graduate in March 2027.

She works to make every patient feel safe and comfortable during a visit. At home she has four dogs: Bear, Enzo, Layla, and Osito.

Gina Sgambati

Receptionist

Gina came to veterinary care later in life and has 12 years of experience caring for animals.

Outside the clinic she is a proud grandma to a Pug puppy named Stevie, and she runs The Wagging Tail Baking Co., which makes dog-friendly birthday and Gotcha Day cakes and treats.
